Although we are closed on Sunday evenings, we will gladly
accommodate any party of 25 or more with advanced reservation.
Amenities and Room Rates
Staying at the Wooster Inn, you will be able to take advantage of these
services and amenities:
- Attended continental breakfast each morning available from 7:00 am
until 10 am.
- Coffee maker and hairdryer in every room
- Individual heating and cooling controls and private baths in each
room
- Wireless high speed internet access throughout the building
- Cable television in every guest room
- Daily housekeeping services
- Access to the Inn’s restaurant that offers fine cuisine in
either the main dining room or, as weather permits, patio dining
- The availability of a full wine list, premium beers, and high quality
liquors that can be enjoyed anywhere in the Inn
- Access to the recreational facilities of The
College of Wooster, including a nine-hole
golf course, outdoor
track, tennis
courts, the John
M. Swigart Fitness Center at the Armington
Physical Education Center, and bowling at Lowry

Meeting Rooms
The Wooster Inn offers a number of possibilities depending on the size of your group:
- Main
Dining Room seats up to 70 guests and may be reserved for groups of 35 or more.
- Alumni
Room seats up to 30 and may be reserved from groups of 12 or more
- The
Board Room is on the lower level and seats up to 12 guests. This room can be reserved for a group of any size
- Tartan
Room seats up to 50 guests and is also on the lower level of the Inn. Generally, this room is available for groups of 20 or more
- The Tented Patio of the Wooster Inn seats up to 200 guests and is available from April through October. We do have sides and heaters for the tent when they are necessary. This space is very adaptable for groups of any size
- The Guest House of the Wooster Inn has two dining rooms across the hall from one another that yield formal dining for up to 20 guests. For casual dining using all the spaces of the facility, we have had parties of 50 or more in that facility.
- Kittredge Dining Hall is just west of the Inn on the corner of Wayne Avenue and Beall. This facility seats 250-300 guests and is often used for wedding receptions. This is a student dining hall so there are some limitations on its availability for outside events.
Facility Charges:
- The charge for each of these facilities is $5 per guest.
- The facility charge covers the following:
- The private use of the venue for up to 5 hours
- Setting up the venue specifically for your event
- The maximum facility charge is $1000
Meetings lasting longer than 5 hours will be charged at the rate of $2 per guest, per hour.
Sales taxes will be added to the meeting rates
Materials may not be taped or attached to the walls in any of the
rooms. Any damage to the room will be billed to the guest.
The Wooster Inn provides full catering services for any event; consequently no outside food or beverage is permitted at the Wooster Inn. Our staff will work with you to meet your needs and budget. Everyday it is our goal to exceed your expectations.
