Guest House Meeting Rooms & Rates

There are currently two places for meeting at the Guest House:

• On the lower level is the Main Meeting Room that has seating for14 around a table with room for others around the perimeter of the room.  Amenities include:
• Flip charts
• Large dry erase boards
• Access to a kitchen stocked with soft drinks, water, and juices
• Wireless High speed internet access
• Billiard room for a diversion during those breaks
• Full food service from the Wooster Inn

• On the first floor is a small meeting room that will accommodate up to eight guests.  Amenities include:
• Wheelchair access
• Wireless High Speed internet connection
• Access to beverages from the main kitchen
• Full food service from the Wooster Inn

Public spaces of the Guest House can easily be used if a larger group would like to split into smaller discussion groups.

Meeting Room Rates:

Meeting room charges are based on the number of participants. All participants have access to bottled water, soft drinks, juices, and coffee.

The Wooster Inn must provide all food and beverage service. No outside food or beverage is permitted to be brought into the Guest House.

Rates are based on meetings of up to 5 hours. Additional charges for meetings exceeding that time.

Meetings: $5 per participant (accommodations and food service extra)

Meetings lasting longer than 5 hours will be charged at the rate of $2 per guest, per hour.

The facility charge may be waived for groups purchasing food and beverages totaling at least $10 per person.

Sales taxes will be added to the meeting rates.
