The building was originally built in 1999 for Newell Rubbermaid as a guest house for visiting company and customer executives. It was purchased by The College of Wooster in January 2005. The facility has seven bedrooms, each with a private bath, two meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of 15 to 30 people, and two kitchens. The House is in immaculate condition and was beautifully decorated with the help of several local interior decorators. The Guest House has several functions. In addition to providing extra rooms for housing when The Wooster Inn is at capacity, the facility can act as a retreat center, open to local businesses and other groups for meetings and conferences.
