We will provide the proper number of bartenders to serve from a bar fully stocked with our house wines, liquors, imported and domestic beers, non-alcoholic beer, assorted juices, soft drinks and appropriate garnishes.

CASH BAR OPTION: This option gives our guests the opportunity to limit the alcohol offerings for their event. Prices are as listed and in most cases the accumulated total is added to the total bill. For some events, where each person is responsible for their own purchases, cocktails would be available on cash basis.

This option works well for events like fundraisers and community events. At events where guests are invited and expected to bring a gift (wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, anniversaries and the like) it is considered inappropriate to ask the guests to pay for their meal or beverages.

Hosted Reception Packages:

FULL BAR:

First Hour: House Brands	$10.00 per person
Each additional hour- House Brands	$5.00 per person
5 hour maximum charge	$25 per person

First Hour: Premium Brands	$12.00 per person
Each Additional hour- Premium Brands	$7.00 per person
5 hour maximum charge	$30 per person

BEER, WINE & SOFT DRINKS:

First Hour: All brands & House wines	$8.00 per person
Each Additional Hour	$4.00 per person
5 hour maximum charge	$19 per person

A 20% service charge and 6.25% sales tax will be added to the bar total. There is no set-up fee for this option.

Although we will use glassware to serve your beverages, larger events may necessitate the use of disposable containers or an additional charge for rented glassware.

After-dinner cordials are available on request for an additional charge.

Although our house wines are very good, the wines featured on our wine list may be substituted for an additional charge.

You may also substitute other liquors from our stock based on your preferences. This too may affect your cost.

The Wooster Inn is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. The State of Ohio requires that all alcoholic beverages be purchased from the licensee, the Wooster Inn. As a licensed premise, no liquor will be permitted to be brought into the facility.
